Small Arms Survey SAENK webinar: Recognize and respond

How can we better identify North Korean arms embargo evasion, as well as respond to it? A webinar from the Small Arms Survey's Strengthening Implementation and Enforcement of the Arms Embargo on North Korea (SAENK) project will try to answer these questions.
The webinar will launch the new resource North Korean Small Arms and Light Weapons: A Recognition Guide—designed to increase the capacity of customs, police, national armed forces personnel, and other relevant actors who are called upon to identify, seize, investigate, and interdict illicit transfers by the DPRK and its affiliates.
